THE CHALLENGE
Before introducing iPIANI commercially, Lino needed to establish the philosophy behind it—and do so with a specific audience rather than chase broad social reach.
The content had to make ideas around body standardisation, fit, garment construction, pattern-making and waste understandable across several channels while creating a distinct editorial identity for the future brand.
Discovery + professional authority
Depth + reader loyalty
Visual trust + brand world
Heritage + audience expansion
WHAT SAVOIR DELIVERED
Strategy, editorial, visual direction, publishing and analysis were treated as one pre-launch system.
A connected editorial plan across LinkedIn, Substack, Instagram and Facebook.
Opinion-led LinkedIn post development and optimisation around visible industry tensions.
Substack essay support translating specialist thinking into readable, distinctive publishing.
A coherent monochrome system focused on tailoring, construction, craft and process.
Cross-platform adaptation, calendar management and channel-specific distribution.
Analytics review, ICP validation and performance reporting used to refine direction.
Recommendations for future questionnaires, waitlists and paid activity when infrastructure is ready.

PATTERN-MAKING + RETURNS
A challenge to conventional pattern-making and the waste created when fit systems fail.
SUBSTACK
Substack acted as iPIANI's intellectual home: long-form essays gave readers more time with Lino's thinking on fit, craftsmanship and the future of clothing.

EDITORIAL PRINCIPLE
The useful proof here is reader loyalty and sustained engagement—not the size of the subscriber base.
Instagram made the emerging iPIANI world tangible through a disciplined monochrome system of tailoring, process, construction and craft.
Across most posts, 44%–79.3% of views came from profile-grid browsing—evidence that visitors were evaluating the cumulative visual identity, not only isolated posts.

PHILOSOPHY
Facebook arrived late in the reporting period, but Lino's origin story immediately became the strongest initial content—supporting a larger role for founder and heritage storytelling in the next phase.
WHAT WE LEARNED
The strongest LinkedIn content challenged a recognisable industry problem instead of merely promoting the future brand.
WHAT WE LEARNED
Founder history and heritage gave the philosophy emotional relevance.
WHAT WE LEARNED
LinkedIn created discovery; Substack depth; Instagram visual trust; Facebook founder-led expansion.
WHAT WE LEARNED
Technical, monochrome and craft-led imagery worked because the complete visual system made sense before a caption was read.
NEXT PHASE
The first phase creates the right to ask for action later. The next phases progressively make that action more explicit.
Build the audience and establish Lino’s point of view before asking for commercial action.
Deepen the personal story, family history and origin of iPIANI.
Explain the proposition with stronger calls to action, visual carousels and clearer audience participation.
Move from attention into measurable interest only when the tracking and conversion journey are ready.
