Savoir / Portfolio
The case studies and project worlds developed across Savoir’s marketing, paid media, web, development and studio disciplines.
Savoir rebuilt HALEIA’s paid-social approach around clearer audience signals, stronger commerce data and creative that could remain editorial while doing a commercial job.

HALEIA needed paid media capable of reaching new audiences and supporting commerce without turning its visual identity into generic direct-response advertising.
The existing platform setup limited the depth of integration and analytics available to campaign decisions. The move to Shopify created a stronger foundation for Meta tracking and optimisation.
Awareness, engagement, product interest, conversion and re-engagement were treated as distinct states rather than collapsed into one audience and one message.
Short-form, carousel and static formats had to create enough variation for learning while retaining HALEIA’s clean, elevated visual register.
The live case study defines six objectives. Here they become a compact editorial index rather than six disconnected paragraphs.
Each layer feeds the next while creating new audience signals for optimisation.
New-audience discovery.
Video, social and site signals.
Product and collection interest.
Commerce-event optimisation.
Intent-specific re-engagement.

The process begins with the platform and brand context, then moves through funnel architecture, creative, testing, optimisation and ongoing management.
Review platform limitations, historical advertising and brand constraints.
Map audiences and campaign jobs across the funnel.
Develop brand-aligned formats and audience-specific messages.
Launch staged variations and read live campaign signals.
Reallocate attention toward stronger combinations and refresh fatigued creative.
Continue refining the account after launch rather than treating delivery as a one-off event.

No numeric HALEIA result set is published on the current case-study page, so this direction keeps the outcome section qualitative rather than inventing metrics.
Shopify and Meta integrations created a stronger basis for campaign learning and optimisation.
The account could distinguish prospecting, engagement, product interest, conversion and re-engagement.
Multiple formats and messages could be refreshed as the account learned without abandoning HALEIA’s aesthetic.
The case study describes an ongoing optimisation relationship rather than a campaign that ended at launch.

“They understood our vision and translated it into both design and performance.”
